Maggie, her husband, Nick, and their two kids reside in Minnesota – where Nick and Maggie met in 2002 and got married in 2006. They enjoy volunteering, traveling, and have a heart for sending missionaries out into the world. In true Minnesotan fashion, they love to smoke meat and BBQ, even on the coldest days of the year. Maggie has a love of all things reading, writing, and story-ing.
Maggie’s career and unique skillset has had her in fundraising, higher education, event planning and corporate America merchandising and communications. She currently balances being a mom with freelance writing projects. Besides giving her kids everything she’s got, she is passionate about volunteering her time and talents to pour into those around her. Maggie joined the Lift Up team in 2019 to lead communication initiatives, projects and plan events.
